We ordered our Shades from Rosanne, and were very happy with the service we recieved beginning to end. She listened to our needs and showed us lots of options. The blinds came in quickly. There were a few small issues that she rectified immediately, and Dean came in and installed them right away, they both were very professional and lovely to deal with.
